Why won't my payment go through?
If your payment isn't going through, it could be due to a few reasons:

Your card may have expired or lacks sufficient funds.
Your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
There might be a typo in your card details. Double-check the information entered. If none of these apply, please contact your bank or our support team for assistance.

During checkout, you’ll see an option to enter a coupon code. Simply type your code in the box and click "Apply." Your total will adjust accordingly if the coupon is valid. If you're having trouble redeeming your coupon, please ensure it's still active and that all terms and conditions are met.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only granted for courses, and refunds for ebooks or other digital products are not available due to their instant delivery. No, course access is non-transferable. Each purchase is tied to the individual who made the purchase and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Courses & Learning
